What exactly am I selling?
When you sell your Shopify store to us, you’re transferring ownership of the store itself.
This includes the:

What if I don't meet the Shopify payments requirement?
Currently, we’re only purchasing Shopify stores with Shopify Payments enabled.
This is primarily to make it easier for the new owner to run a turnkey buiness.
If Shopify payments has been disabled by Shopify under one owner it usually will still remain disabled for the next owner.
If your Shopify store doesn’t meet all of the requirements, you’re still welcome to get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can make an offer.
What will happen to my Shopify payments/balance account?
Once you complete a ownership transfer within Shopify, Shopify will require the new owner to register to Shopify payments again under their own business information.
This is done as Shopify is aware the ownership is changing, so to satisfy KYC and compliance regulations, the payments infrastructure will be reset.
All payments and disputes that occurred before the ownership transfer will be dealt in the previous owners Shopify payments account.
Disputed payemnts that have been won in favour of seller will re-credit to the previous owners Shopify payment account as long as it was a from a payment under their ownership.
How can I get a valuation quote?
